NexaNano Roof Protect is a silicon dioxide surface treatment for eligible asphalt shingles. We assess the condition of your roof before recommending it. Treatment does not reverse existing damage or guarantee a particular number of additional years.
Both. Roof Protect is designed for old and new shingled roofs. If your shingles are still intact but starting to look dry, curled, or granule-thin, that is exactly when the treatment saves the most money.
