Quote requests and follow-up
When you request a quote, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, phone number, email, property location, roof or surface type, and project notes. We use them to respond to your enquiry, assess service suitability, prepare quotes and manage your request. Submitting a request authorizes a response about that request; it does not by itself enrol you in automated promotional texts or calls.
Our service providers
Osprey Solutions provides website hosting, CRM and technical support for this website. Relevant information is processed through our CRM and communication providers to record your request and notify the people handling it. Service providers may process information outside your state or country. Please do not put payment-card details, government identifiers or sensitive personal information in the form.
Optional analytics and advertising measurement
With your choice to allow optional tracking, we use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta pixel to understand visits, measure quote requests and assess advertising. These tools may receive device and browser information, page visits, campaign information, advertising click identifiers and pseudonymous visitor or event identifiers. Clarity can record page interactions; quote-form content is masked. We do not intentionally send the name, email, phone number or project notes entered in our forms to these browser analytics tools.
You can allow analytics and advertising, analytics only, or essential functions only using the tracking choices button below or in the footer. Optional tools are not loaded before you choose. We honour Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track by disabling optional tracking. Your quote form continues to work when optional tracking is off.
Attribution and storage
When optional measurement is allowed, campaign details and consent choices may be stored in your browser for up to 90 days. Permitted campaign and click-source details can accompany your quote request in the CRM, helping us understand where enquiries came from. Server logs and spam-prevention information help protect the forms and diagnose delivery failures. Quote records are retained as needed to respond, provide services, meet recordkeeping requirements and resolve disputes.
Facebook and Instagram forms
If you request a quote in a Meta instant form, Meta shares the details you submit and the related form and advertising identifiers with Roof Guard Pro and its service providers for the stated follow-up. Your use of Facebook or Instagram is also governed by Meta's privacy terms. Read the specific form disclosure before submitting.
Your choices
You can ask us about the information associated with your request, request a correction or deletion subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements, or ask us to stop optional follow-up. Use the contact details above. You may also change your browser privacy settings and your Google or Meta advertising preferences.
